BOW Consulting Group began in 2018 as an idea shared between three friends, each bringing deep professional experience and a shared realization that their skills could create greater impact when applied more broadly. From the start, the vision was to use their expertise across the renewable industry to improve workflows, strengthen outcomes, and help organizations operate more effectively. They saw an opportunity to build a firm rooted in trust, transparency, and efficiency—where strong relationships, thoughtful solutions, and quality work drive lasting impact.
What started as an energy-focused company quickly became something more. In the early years, BOW specialized in site acquisition, development, and construction management for energy projects, particularly in renewable energy. By working closely with partners and staying grounded in real-world problem solving, the firm earned a reputation for standing by its projects and doing the work the right way.
As the industry evolved, so did BOW. Clients began turning to the team not just for renewable energy expertise, but for guidance across broader challenges—grid coordination, environmental considerations, infrastructure planning, and project delivery. Rather than forcing projects into rigid models, BOW adapted, listening carefully and building flexible solutions that met clients where they were.
Today, BOW has grown into BOW Consulting Group, a multidisciplinary firm supporting energy, infrastructure, environmental, and public-sector projects across the country. While our services and markets have expanded, our foundation remains the same. We are still a people-first business, built on clear communication, thoughtful collaboration, and a commitment to transparency at every step.
With a long and rich history of experience, our team-based consulting model brings together multiple perspectives while maintaining simplicity and clarity. We believe efficiency is about more than speed—it’s about doing work intentionally, reducing friction, and creating partnerships that last.
